Our pledge to donors

Sleepy Tales Farm Sanctuary affirms the Donor Bill of Rights. Your gifts will be used for the purposes for which they were given, information about your donation is handled with respect and confidentiality, and you are always welcome to ask questions and receive prompt, truthful answers.

What donor data we collect

Name, email, mailing address, phone (optional), gift amount, gift date, payment-processor transaction ID, designation (if any), and any comments you provide.

How we use it

To process your gift, issue a receipt, comply with tax and regulatory requirements, send the communications you have opted in to receive, and steward our relationship with you.

What we will never do

• We will never sell, rent, lease, or trade your donor information.
• We will never share your donor information with other organizations for their marketing or fundraising purposes.
• We will never publish your name as a donor without your consent.
