We are not accepting donations yet. Our nonprofit registration and tax-exempt filing are still being completed, so online giving is not open. Once that is finalized, one-time and recurring gifts will be available right here. In the meantime, email us and we will let you know the day giving opens.

Where Your Gift Goes in Year One

We are currently looking for our forever home for this dream. Once the land is purchased, we will be able to determine what our immediate needs are. Our goals are 50+ acres that will be a combination of agropastures, barns, and fencing for the animals, land left untouched and dedicated to conservation, pollinator gardens, vegetable gardens, composting, rain collection, and tree and plant evaluation to maximize conservation opportunities and support local ecosystems. Our long-range goals include building a conservation center, farmer’s market stand, housing, bathrooms, and a parking lot to help maximize the visitors’ experience.

We will not know our exact needs because each parcel of land is unique. Once the land is purchased, we will publish a detailed breakdown of exactly where every dollar goes. For now, each gift moves us closer to bringing the first animal home.

When our first residents arrive, you will be able to sponsor a specific animal, covering a share of their feed, bedding, and veterinary care. Sponsorships open once residents are in place. Join the sponsor waitlist to be notified.

You will also be able to fulfill everyday supply needs directly from our wish list, from feed and bedding to shelter and veterinary supplies. See our wish list (coming soon).

In-Kind Donations

We accept in-kind contributions of materials, services, and supplies that directly support sanctuary operations. Current priority needs include: fencing, lumber, livestock-safe shelter materials, hay, feed, veterinary supplies, and farm equipment. Legacy & Planned Giving

You can name Sleepy Tales Farm Sanctuary in your will, as a beneficiary of a retirement account, or as the recipient of a charitable remainder trust. Planned gifts are how small sanctuaries become permanent. We’d be honored to talk through options privately; please email [email protected].

Donor-Advised Funds & Matching Gifts

Once our tax-exempt determination is granted, we will be able to receive grants from donor-advised funds (DAFs) and most corporate matching-gift programs.
